A well made food grade wooden chopping board. I designed them with the hole as I had one years ago that I used and loved. I would put my eggs in the whole whilst baking and chopping to stop from rolling on bench. I also used this handy hole to to put my potato in when doing hassle back potatoes - you cant slip and go right through when doing the slits!
