We’ve been busy cooking up winter warmers and tasty creations here at Carley’s Kitchen, and we couldn’t wait to share what’s been happening (and what’s coming up!)
We are enjoying creating some delicious winter warmers for you all, and Peter has found his "inner chef" – he’s making some amazing breadless, keto, gluten-free sandwiches… if you haven’t tried them yet, you’re in for a taste sensation!
Pete and I popped away for a wee break, and the ladies had the shop running like clockwork – you probably didn’t even notice we were gone, haha. We always come home refreshed and full of new foodie ideas after eating out and enjoying another country’s cuisine.
Inside the Kitchen:
Soups are on the daily – although the weather hasn’t been that cold, we’re enjoying the change from salads to soups. Think ham hock and vege, pumpkin, tomato, potato and leek, and creamy chicken.
Coming up soon, we have Carley’s fried chicken, our famous seafood chowder is making a comeback (OMG yum!), and fry bread too! Keep an eye on Facebook for the allocated days. Pre-ordering really helps us get the quantities just right.

OUR CATERING MENU JUST GOT A GLOW-UP
We have done a re-vamp on our catering menu so next time you pop in please ask for a copy, or check them out here. We love serving up celebration food for birthdays, sport teams, weddings, 21st's and grazing tables. We have a variety of menus that cater for sports teams on the weekends so lunch becomes simple, easy and affordable. We have a coffee crate that is a basket of everything you will need to keep tummies warm on the sideline or during offsite meetings - just add boiling water to our supplied plungers, Allpress coffee, cups, cream, milk...everything! But wait, there’s more!!! The hot meats we do are pure deliciousness, seasoned, marinated and melt in the mouth. The easiest way to feed a crowd and we even do buttered bread rolls if needed and salads. We would love to chat to you and custom write a menu for events coming up.
We know our kitchen is small, but its mighty! we can cater for up to 400 people and with our team on the job, its a doddle! We supply staff if needed to set-up, serve, clean up etc. and the praise we have had from feedback makes me so proud that I have an amazing team of girls and lads that share my passion for making everyone have a happy time and fantastic food!!
Enjoy the school holidays, bring the kids in for a hot choccy, fairy cake and lolly slice...yum yum yum!
